Ideal for all fitness levels, MOVE ensures you stay motivated and on track toward your fitness goals.
BOX
Boxing workouts that focus on both technique and fitness. Improve your punching accuracy, footwork, and overall boxing skills while sweating it out in an exhilarating environment. Each session includes drills that strengthen your core and improve endurance, allowing you to become not just a better boxer, but a fitter individual as well. With consistent practice, you’ll witness significant enhancements in your coordination, reflexes, and overall athleticism.
LIFT
Join our structured Strength & Conditioning (S&C) programme, carefully designed in 3-month blocks to maximize your strength, while identifying and eliminating weaknesses. Our LIFT class ensures tailored progressions that help build a solid foundation while advanced lifters refine technique and push their limits. Each block is designed to enhance your strength and power capabilities while progressive overload, perfecting your technique.
SWEAT x SHRED
A high-intensity conditioning workout that ignites your energy levels and torches calories! Our SWEAT class comprises a variety of exercises aimed at enhancing your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and agility through engaging circuits. As you participate regularly, you'll experience improved stamina, quicker recovery times, and accelerated fat loss, all while having a blast in a motivating group atmosphere.
