STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and Conditioning for athletes looking to make vast improvements in all areas of their game.


We understand the room for error is so small and the difference between WINNING and losing is marginal.


We analyse your sport and needs carefully and use functional, sport specific movement patterns, transitioning through different phases during camp to ensure progress and perfection at all times.


We believe preparation is the key to success and how well you perform under those lights, stage and field is WON far away from the witnesses.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

At Peak Performance Training Club we can now offer you a bespoke MSK Physiotherapy service on site. 


Our ethos is getting you back to YOU. Whether you are suffering from back pain, sports injury or you are trying to cope with a long-term health condition. 


We understand how physical problems can become barriers to your everyday life. We want to help get you back to the things you enjoy; whether that be playing with your grandchildren, competing in the sport you love, or being able to complete every day tasks pain free.

CLASSES

Move

Our all in one full body workouts are designed to build your strength and get your heart racing with tough conditioning intervals.


Box

Our action packed boxing workouts will improve your technique whilst getting a sweat on. Learn the Boxing fundamentals, how to punch, how to move and how to strengthen that core.


Lift

Our S&C cycle is designed in 3-month blocks to prepare push and improve your strength and eliminate any weaknesses. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced lifter our LIFT class will certainly lift you higher.


Sweat

Action packed high intensity conditioning workout to ramp up your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. Not for beginners!


Strongman

Sunday mornings are designed to lift, push, pull, carry and throw your weight around the gym with our Strongman Circuits. Designed for Males and Females.
